Biography:
Howard Freeman is a seasoned real estate executive with 20 years experience in commercial real estate investment, development, and asset management. He is currently a managing director for Penwood Real Estate Investment Management, responsible for identifying and evaluating opportunities to acquire, develop, redevelop and/or rehabilitate industrial properties primarily in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
Howard previously served as the Senior Regional Director for New Jersey and the Senior Investment Officer for the East Region of First Industrial Realty Trust, Inc., a public real estate investment trust. Prior to joining First Industrial, Howard was Senior Vice President and Director of Acquisitions for Geometry Realty, Inc., a private real estate investment management firm. Prior to joining Geometry, Howard was a Manager in Coopers & Lybrand’s National Real Estate Advisory Services practice serving a variety of institutional and non-institutional clients.
Howard received a B.S. in Applied Economics from Cornell University and an MBA in Finance from Columbia University.

I love the fact that it is so close to home, I live 6 miles away. It is very convenient for me as well as my clients and colleagues. When I met Donna, it felt like the perfect place for me. She was very welcoming and professional. Everything here is done to a very high standard to assure that all the tenants are happy.
- What is your favorite feature or amenity here at Montville Executive Suites
I love how everything is included in the price. The phone line, internet, and rent are all included in one price whereas other executive suites imposed additional charges for the use of such services. You get a lot of value for your rent dollars at MES.
- Has having an office here at Montville Executive Suites benefitted your business?
Yes. I had the option to work from home or to find my own stand-alone office and I decided that having an office at MES was the best option. With having my own office, I am much more productive because I have no distractions and I work in an environment that I like very much. It is also a great setting to meet other professionals.
