When you’re holding a meeting or presentation, you want to make your guests comfortable, while offering them the latest and greatest in audio and visual to make your presentation one they won’t forget. Liberty Office Suites can provide you with the best selection of high-quality conference rooms. You can make participants at your meetings feel great while offering them the best in audio and visual components. Your participants will be thrilled with how material can be presented within our conference rooms.

Between our two locations, we have seven rooms at your disposal, which we rent out in hourly increments. Conference room rentals are available for groups as small as six and as large as 70. On site, we have on projectors and video monitors on the walls of each room. You can plug in a laptop and extend your presentation so all can see. This way you can use your own computer to make a presentation that is visible to all in the room. We also have a microphone system and audio for music or sound recorded previously to play for occupants. We also offer teleconferencing, so that your participants can view person you are talking with on screen, and the person’s voice can be heard through room.

When you rent a conference room with us, we do not make you use any particular caterer. We offer you a list of suggestions for people we have worked with on food, but you are free to bring in your own food via any caterer that works best for your needs. For a small administrative fee, we will do the food ordering for you and make sure your meal is ready when you are.

Our conference rooms have closet and credenza space available so that you can store such items as books, binders, giveaways, or other items prior to the conference.

At Liberty Office Suites, we believe our conference room rentals are a superior alternative for your businesses to a meeting room at a hotel. Our rooms are less expensive and easier to use than area hotels. We also offer more flexibility than hotels do, as we do not charge extra for incidentals like a power cord, microphones, or any other presentation supplies. If you choose to do your conference room rental at our Montville location, we also have child care available just steps away at the Childtime. This award-winning child care center offers a tremendous advantage to any working parents who are attending your conference, as their children will be only steps away. And it’s only a mile away from our Parsippany location.

Our conference rooms are often filled up, so it is best to contact us regarding rental as soon as you know what your needs are. However, we will always do our best to accommodate any last-minute needs.
