Questions regarding experience at MES:

  1. What do you like about Montville Executive Suites?

I love the modern, clean, welcoming building. Visitors always comment how beautiful it is. The location is convenient for my clients and colleagues, as it is only a few miles from every major highway in the area. I like having access to a kitchen with a coffeemaker, microwave and refrigerator, so I can make coffee and bring lunch and snacks. Everyone here is friendly. This is a safe environment where everyone’s security is ensured. The receptionists provide excellent support by answering my phone, providing mail service, updating my mailing list and posting my blog and email newsletter.

  1. What is your favorite feature here at Montville Executive Suites?

I like how the landlord, Ron Soussa, is always looking to improve the building. For example, he recently built a suite of four new offices, two of which I’ve moved into from a single smaller office. I now have a larger office where I can meet with clients and a separate office for my new assistant. In addition, Ron is building a new conference center that will benefit all the tenants as well as the community.

  1. Has having an office here at Montville Executive Suites benefitted your business?

Yes, it has. I had a home-based office before I moved here. I met with clients at various locations, for example, colleagues’ offices, coffee shops, or the client’s home or office. Now I am able to meet with my clients in one professional setting, either in my office or in the conference room provided for all tenants.

  1. Has having an office here helped foster better business practices or has it promoted clientele growth?

Yes, it has. The administrative support has enabled me to grow my business. I have full access to the building whenever I need it. I can meet with clients after hours in a professional, comfortable and safe environment. In addition, the camaraderie among the tenants fosters business referrals.
